To perform above, we need to create many changes, followup on approvals, execution and closure. We maintain all the scheduled changes in a predefined format and upload them in the portal. We also work on remediation for all the vulnerabilities.What you’ll do: -Should have a good knowledge on MS Excel, Macros, Automation, Ticketing tools, Health check scans.-Proven Exp in Microsoft office including advance excel.-CRM Tools like Siebel, ISM (Maximo).-Working knowledge of Patch Advisory(PA) CIRATS and Non-compliance Issue (NCI) CIRATS-Proven Communication skills , Tasks Followup and scheduling and tracking the progress of project.
