Job Description: The incumbent will be primarily responsible for handling International Abandoned Property Centre of Excellence processes i.e. Review, Govern, Perform Treatment of ABP funds in AEXP ledgers as per market legislation & statute of limitation, supporting various business transformation projects and process improvement initiatives run by global abandoned property (abp) coe. The incumbent will :- • Serve a critical role in driving the standardization, continuous improvement and business transformation projects / initiatives that continue to support the organisation’s momentum in achieving efficiencies, control and compliance over E2E ABP process across us and international markets. • Be expected to quickly gain detailed understanding of ABP related inputs, processes, controls, flows, metrics, risks, SLA and outputs of the process area. • Work towards achieving customers / stakeholders engagement to seek inputs, influence and improving the process(es), effectiveness, • Liaison with project stakeholders and deliver on the commitment as per agreed timelines, with high quality in a controlled environment. • Advance his/her area of functional expertise and to ensure that integrity, control and optimal functionality / efficiency is established, maintained and improved for the assigned processes and associated cost / quality / projects metrics • Ensure that all deadlines are continually met and adequate controls are maintained over the processes handled by the team • Ensure compliance with the ABP policy gap-405-01 and other prevailing policies and procedures besides contractual and regulatory requirements as applicable • Be required, among other things, to maintain close contact with customer / business partners, technologies and other interface groups • Should have good maturity to respond quickly to crisis situations related to the process and customers issues. • Support various initiatives/projects for the area, primarily around this position reports to SDL

Qualifications: • The incumbent should either be a B.com (or equivalent) with 6 years or Post Graduate with 2 years of working experience. • Possess well-developed analytical skills, project management skills, Six sigma awareness, ability to understand the linkages to processes. • Must Have good understanding of applicable policies, Control and Compliance procedural requirements applicable to AEXP / Finance processes • Demonstrated accounting expertise. Vast knowledge of AR / AP / GL platforms / systems of AEXP. • Ability to think innovatively and to pursue ideas with conviction. • Excellent team player with strong inter-personal skills and communication skills – both written and spoken. • The incumbent should be assertive, should be able to influence & corroborate without direct authority. • A self-starter with ability to operate under ambiguous circumstances. • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact with senior leadership with finance, multiple employee levels /business partners/customers etc Additional information • Incumbent should be willing to work in flexible shifts.
