As a Human Resource Coach, the employee will engage all levels of Management, salaried & support employees in administering variety of Human Resources Operations functions. Employee’s current skills and knowledge should assist him/ her during his/ her interactions with the employees to answer their questions and resolve issues pertaining to HR Operations

_Job Responsibilities_

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

· Onboarding of Management & Salaried employees

o Coordination with new joinees and talent acquisition/BU HR teams

o Orient new joiners about organization, departments, basic HR policies, things to know on Day 1

·

HR Admin Support

o Travel related documentation (Letters and other documents to support visa processing)

o Service Pin Administration

o Records Management

o Probation Confirmation

o Credential Letters

o Coordination with IHRSC on PCFs

·

Time and Attendance Management

o Maintain AP Leave Application including creation of profiles, rectification of issues

o Maintain daily and monthly attendance reports

o Maintain Leave/attendance/LOP records for STIP calculations

·

Payroll Administration

o Provide inputs for payroll processing

o Calculation of leaves and carry over leaves

·

Separation Administration

o Manage voluntary and involuntary separation (exit) process

o Guide employees on process

o Resignation Acceptance and Service Letters to employees

o Handover of full and final settlement papers to payroll

o Employment verifications

·

Generic HR support

o Assist and clarify queries related to Global and local policies/processes

o Clarify payroll related queries

·

Statutory Requirements at Location

_Required Qualifications:_

·

· ** Min. College or University Degree

· ** Min. 0 – 2 years of HR work experience

· ** Knowledge of various areas of HR including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, company policies & procedures, etc

· * Good HR and effective communication skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside of department

· * Computer Knowledge

· * Ability to work under pressure

· * Ability to work with all levels of employees

· * Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential

· * Ability to listen to others
