The primary purpose of this role is management of a department or functions of a Managed Services account.

We are currently hiring for Integration support Manager

Job Location : Pune

Experience : 8 -12 yrs

Designation : Manager (Integration Support)

Skills Required :

  • Has been handeling a team of atleast 10 member

*Having 2 - 3 years of experience managing Integration support team

*Substandial experience in supporting multiple interface Engines - Ensemble (Mandatory), eLink, eGate (optional)

Experience in managing 247 Integration support operations.

*Experience HL7

Role & Responsibility:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 30 Integration Analysts

Work on various interface engines like Ensemble, eLink, eGgate, OpenLink, GoAnywhere and ConnectR integrating to diversified ancillary applications in Acute and Ambulatory settings.

Support Production Integration issues

Troubleshoot and determine root cause for Integrations related customer issues thereby providing timely resolutions in customer environments

Create, update and maintain a knowledge base (knowledge articles) for faster resolution times on known issues

Validate integrations on customer environments subsequent to new releases, upgrades and maintenance activities

Maintain integration documentation and keeping them up to date

Assist in designing and developing integrations with client ERP systems

Develop, document and revise monitoring procedures, then test and deploy them as per changing customer needs

Perform Integrations Monitoring and automate integration validations during and after maintenance and release cycles

Participate in discussions/knowledge sharing sessions on Allscripts Integrations Engines with team members during inductions, new feature roll-outs, and solving customer issues

Prepare Reports for weekly/ Monthly and quarterly management meeting.

Track the SLA for each client and continue to meet SLA criteria.

Travel Requirements:

  • May require local travel

  • May require other travel for business needs

Working Arrangements:

  • May require after hours on call support

  • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
