Job Title: PMO Coordinator GCM- 1 / 2 Job Category: Department/Group: GSI Direct Global Support - PMOLocation: INDIA Travel Required: NoGCM reference code PMO GCM skill levels 1 / 2Salary p.a. Indicate range for GBU Job DescriptionResponsibilities:1) Project tracking, daily project updates and timely reporting of project status, resource utilization and quality measures2) Maintain and update Internal Project List3) Support the creation and implementation of processes, procedures, and tools4) Conduct administrative tasks related to timesheet processing, financial administration, requests related to resourcing, procurement, invoicing in an accurate and timely manner. Any queries, discrepancies and omissions should be tracked and resolved pro-actively.5) Support the successful delivery of programs undertaken by UK PMO through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.6) Coordination with all internal\stakeholder members for data collation7) Act as POC for PMO office for PMO queries and information8) Effective communication with project head & team members regarding project activities, progress, highlights to provide the basis for the project team to work together and understand objectives and tasks to be completed. Should effectively use the various internal communication channels such as Bluekiwi, Sharepoint etc.

Key Skills :• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English• Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)• Should possess good analytical and reporting skills especially pertaining to various Excel formulas and functions• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills• Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective

Secondary Skills :It is good to have below skills which will act as added advantage to perform this role –• Understanding of MS Project• PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management and project delivery• Experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes

Key Attributes :• Diligent with attention to detail• Capable of collaborating and communicating well with stakeholders at all levels• Good team player and ability to take ownership of a task pro-actively while still being part of the bigger team.• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision• Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
